Eco Club:



Eco Club of Dimoria College, Khetri

The Eco-Club of Dimoria College, Khetri is sponsored by the State Nodal Agency: Assam Science Technology & Environment Council, Bigyan Bhawan, G.S. Road, Guwahati – 781005 under the National Green Corps Programme, Ministry of Environment Forest & Climate Change, Govt. of India. Under this programme with an annual grant of Rs. 5000/- from the funding agency along with the Eco-club Co-ordinator a good number of teachers and students participate in the various programmes of sapling plantation, conduction of cleanliness drive in the College, organization of seminars and meetings, etc. The NSS volunteers have been actively involved in all the annual activities of the Eco-club and especially in the plantation drives. Regularly, the expenditure statements and reports of the various programmes are annually being sent to the funding agency.
